nana [ but really, Hello! ]
YES... it is happening.
I am officially starting to run my photo and design company with a new name! HOW EXCITING!!!!
So the new name as you can see is called nana studios. Kinda different I know but thats why I love it. Its me. Its unique. & why not. There are no rules in creativity.
Though ill let you in how the name came about. I actually have to thank my ma for this clever name. NANA means goodbye in the tahitian language. How do we know that???? Well my baby girl Mahana is a beautiful Tahitian and we learn so much from her when she comes to visit us back home. I have a huge place for her in my heart, though I don't get to see her as much as I wish I could.. I guess ill need to make some more trips to Tahiti... ha [ I can wish, cant I ]
Well so loving the repetition in na-na and the awesome relation to my tahitian love I put "studios" at the end. WHY.. well think about it. What is my name saying... GOODBYE STUDIOS!!!!! ha clever I know. With nana studios I hope to present work that truly portrays a unique and creative feeling. We are not stuck in a studio, lets get out, run through the fields, water, climb mountains, embrace the rainfalls and be amazed by the kindness of our surrounding community, shoot in areas we wouldn't expect, give TRUE emotion... not forced.
I love fashion, music, food, love, CRAZINESS and coming to my new site that will be up sooner then later ;) these will all be presented through my work.
Also, if you caught that.. have an amazing friend who is going to be doing wonders in working on a site for me!!! LOVE FRIENDS!!! (Truly friends and family are the best thing God can give anyone)
Be waiting for that!!!! Im very excited!!
So, yay!!! Be excited! I know I am. I have great people in my life pushing me to go pursue my dream and I think Im going to just keep on a trucking and do what they say ;) I hope that you all can come help me make my dream a reality! If you have enjoyed what you see- CALL ME!!! Lets get some shoots going... Its fun I promise!
